This is a split grip handle with blue and red eva strips in the top and bottom sections. The section between is marbled on a red background with blue and white swirls.

This is the reel seat section of the same rod. I have placed one ring of cork in front of the reel seat as a cushion. This still allows for easy contact with the blank and the forefinger. Notice the red, white and blue marbling.
